Once again! The online portal Kununu has once again named us one of the most popular employers of the year in Germany, Austria and Switzerland and awarded us the "Top Company 2024" seal. 

 Kununu offers employees and applicants the opportunity to anonymously rate companies. Only around five per cent of employer profiles on kununu qualify for the Top Company seal. If you want to be one of them, you need to have a kununu score of at least 3.5. Since 2009, 129 employees and applicants have rated Schmersal with an average of 4.1 points. This is above the industry average (3.3 points). A maximum of 5 points can be achieved.
